Workshop Repair

Regular servicing is key to safeguarding your vehicle or plants performance and a full-service history could also enhance the future re-sale value. We pride ourselves on ensuring that you – and your vehicle & plant – receive the very highest level of care and service.

Routine Maintenance

HGV routine maintenance involves daily driver walkarounds (lights, fluids, tyres, brakes), weekly checks (oil, coolant, tyre pressure, electrical systems), and regular Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) by a qualified mechanic, typically every 4 to 6 weeks, focusing on brakes, steering, suspension, lights, and structural integrity to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

MOT

HGVs (including coaches) usually must be tested each year. The first test should be 12 months after the vehicle was first registered with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).

Diagnostics

Our bespoke diagnostic machine scans the vehicle to identify issues by reading codes and data. These machines help to quickly and accurately pinpoint mechanical, electrical, or software faults, making them essential tools for mechanics to diagnose and address faults efficiently.

Health Check

An HGV health check involves daily driver walkaround checks and more in-depth periodic checks, like the mandatory 6-week or 8-weekly inspections, to ensure the vehicle's safety and compliance with roadworthiness standards

Efficiency

We pride ourselves on our efficient procedures and solutions, but we continually strive for improvement in order to deliver results more effectively.

Fair Prices

Satisfying customers is our top priority. That’s why we believe in offering fair and transparent prices with no hidden fees or extra charges.
